The analysis and interpretation of a person’s character traits through handwriting is termed as Graphology. It has been a serious study since 1664 when the Italian physician Camillo Baldi wrote the first Graphological treatise. His work is still valid.
The scientific principles of graphology can be applied to analyze handwriting in any language since the analysis does not depend on content but on characteristics found in the writing. We look for literally hundreds of signs which are interpreted in relation to each other, and provide data to enable the Graphologist to chart a profile of the writer.
One can determine traits such as:
• Level of Honesty
• Communication Skills
• Degree of Work Drive
• Emotional Stability
• Creativity and Many More
It is the pseudo-scientific study and analysis of handwriting, especially in relation to human psychology. In the medical field, it can be used to refer to the study of handwriting as an aid in diagnosis and tracking of diseases of the brain and nervous system. The term is sometimes incorrectly used to refer to forensic document examination.
More companies are recognizing the value of graphology than ever before. During the recruitment process, potential job seekers may only be known through their handwriting which would result in a more objective evaluation of the applicant.
Graphology can be a tool for helping individuals make decisions on relationships. How often do you wonder whether you really know someone intimately, or do you sense that there may be hidden characteristics that might leave you wondering? A graphologist can certainly find clues to fill the gaps around these issues. One can look for emotional maturity, honesty, self-image, sense of humor and more.
On the other hand, writing confirms to a kind of universal pattern imprinted in everybody’s unconscious mind. The brain and the hand pick out just those parts of the pattern that reflect the writer’s personality. They omit the parts representing traits the writer does not have. If people mature, or go through a bad patch, their handwriting changes to include hitherto unused parts of the unconscious blueprint. It has been repeatedly proved that people who share a given trait also share a similar feature in their handwriting. A century and a half of graphological research has related hundreds of traits to specific written forms. So, You are unique and so is your handwriting.
